Description
Your Workshop to Management Fundamentals as a start-up or SME.
In this half day workshop, your managers will receive training on the key fundamentals needed to develop into great managers.
Whether they are new to management or have been managing for awhile, this training will build skills in hiring, demonstrating your values, developing, motivating and retaining their team, giving feedback, and managing change.
Through exercises, role plays and case studies your managers will walk away with learnings they can apply to their team the next day.
You can also add coaching packages on to the training to help continue the learning with individual support and peer round table conversations to help implement the new skills and demonstrate changed behavior. Check the standard and premium packages for the added coaching interventions with your consultant Karen Weeks.

Why is this Important
Managers & leaders are the face of your organization.
They are responsible for the performance of their teams, while also contributing directly to broader business goals and being role models for your organization.
But just like any skill, management skills and expectations of right and wrong must be taught.
As an organization, it is imperative that you invest in your managers so they can help you grow and scale your business.
