Why is this Important
Regulations for acceptable conduct of employees are necessary for the operations of the business and for the benefit and protection of the rights and safety of all employees, stakeholders and the public.
Policies and regulations should be published and updated from time to time and made available to all employees to promote understanding of what is considered as unacceptable conduct. Employees must familiarize themselves with all the Company’s Policies.
The Company should be committed to acknowledge that employees have the right to a procedurally and substantive fair process and a clear policy that’s in compliance with local legislations.
