Why is this Important
Successful change processes are those that ensure that all stakeholders are involved and communicated to throughout the change journey.
It goes without saying that you will need to continually transform your business models, processes and invest in your people to win the digital race. The journey though starts by crafting your change proposal.
Monitoring change requires your business to evaluate how change has taken effect and how the business has evolved because of change implementation.
People are one of the major risks to change. If employees buy-in is not sought from the onset of change, employees can resist change efforts in your business.
Change efforts can result in your business losing top talent and leaving employees demotivated by change.
