A wife, 2 kids, and a journey of 20+ years of corporate HR executive experience, now ready to join the HR revolution.

You can imagine the challenge of a life so fast, I felt like catching my breath most days. In a race with time.

My Story

My family was the first to suffer, yet it also emerged as being my most precious support system ever.

Fortunately, this hard work was rewarding, as I achieved most of my professional goals. It was a tough ride to the top.

I enjoyed it being a workaholic, determined, and always hopeful that I make an impact.

One thing I struggled to add though to my endless “To Do Lists” is to stop and smell the roses… for me even fun was on a schedule so I wouldn’t miss anything.

I made this arrangement work for everyone around me. Not me though. It was wearing me out.

The one day when I felt that the whole world is spinning around me; I decided to stop.

The Pause

Take a step back and pause. Re-imagine a world that moves at a slower pace – a more meaningful one though.

Against all ODDS, 2020 empowered me for the first time in 30 years to Inhale…Exhale…Inhale…Exhale…It’s fun So after 30 years in a full-time job, 24/7, 6 days a week, in and out. You should try it.

I decided to take a big turn and advocate for a new way of working. Hopefully helping others who live the race day in and day out.

A virtual, free, more fulfilling way of working and living.

I partnered with One Circle to bring it to the Middle East,

I am able to understand the whole reason for being for One Circle, the founder’s story (very similar to mines), the opportunities this opens up to people like us to continue doing meaningful work virtually.

Having been on the other side of the fence for a lifetime – I can tell you, this is much better.

Having managed big teams and still channeled a big portion of my department’s budget to the big consulting companies hurt me.

‘HR revolution’ in the Middle East

I am now happy to bring businesses in the Middle East a new way of connecting with consultants. A way that makes sense not only financially but as well brings them freshness of thought, speed, and value.
